I have a good friend。She is Lisa。She’s a beautiful and lovely girl.But Lisa is sick today.She feels cold，headache and tired.She has a bad cold and a high fever. It makes me very worried about her.
Lisa has to rest at home.She should take some medicine and drink some warm water.She should eat more fresh fruit and vegetables.She should wear warm clothes in case the illness is more serious.
She shouldn’t watch TV and eat lots of snacks.She shouldn’t play computer games for too long.She shouldn’t learn too late，should go to bed early.
This is some of my advice to Lisa,if you also have a good idea,you can help her with me too.
